Never thought it would happen to me..... who was I fooling!!!! Ok my iPod froze up, sat there with do not disconnect and would do nothing at all. Here is a tip.....
Before you take any drastic measures, try a soft reset: hold the Menu and Center buttons down for three seconds. Your music and data will be safe.
